Developed for autonomous surveillance of urban infrastructure. The concept can perform aerial surveillance, as well as ground inspections.

UAGV is designed to have a tilt-rotor system, that changes orientation for ground operation. Propellers have an integrated circumferential wheel that is powered by the same motors. Motors operate at high torques for ground operations, to cater road loads.

It is 40% lighter as compared to conventional UAGV’s, which mostly have a dedicated propulsion system for ground operations. The concept makes a trade-off with responsiveness, due to higher inertia of prop-wheels.
